Furnace-Textured Japanese Style Chef's Knife
This chef's knife has a 180mm x 45mm x 2.5mm carbon steel treated and tempered blade with a single edge grind in the style of some Japanese knives.
It carries the texture left by the heat of the forge.
The handle has a thermally treated Ash bolster with an Oak handle, sealed with Danish Oil, attached to the full tang with 3mm copper pins.
