Deep-Bladed Chef's Knife with Wenge Handle
This medium-sized kitchen knife has Niolox stainless steel blade with a length of 170mm, a depth of 52mm, and 2.2mm thick. It has been heavily etched and polished, which gives the blade a beautiful texture. The hard and durable blade takes a fine edge and is superbly balanced. The handle is made from Wenge, oiled and polished, and has three 6mm mosaic pins attaching it to the full tang.
