Edwardian Chef's Knife with Wenge Handle
This knife, in the style of an Edwardian chef's knife, has a 1095 high-carbon steel blade which is heavily etched. It has brass bolsters, and two stainless steel pins and one stainless and brass mosaic pin attach the brushed and oiled Wenge scales to the full tang.
This is one of a pair of knives (please see K45) and a saving can be made by purchasing both together.
