These stylish kitchen knives with a retro look are made from 1-2419 high carbon steel, which takes and holds a fine edge. The Wenge handle scales are attached to the full tang with two 6mm brass and copper mosaic pins and a 6mm solid brass pin, and they have copper bolster plates.
