18th-19th Century Small Chef’s Knife
SKU: H370
The high carbon steel blade of this knife is 26C3, which was originally developed for razor blades. It is tough, and takes and holds an excellent edge, which makes it a superb steel for kitchen knives. The blade has an etched finish, and the hardwood handle has been brushed and flame treated, and has a steel ferrule. Made in the style of a late 18th to early 19th century kitchen knife, this is ideal for reenactment, but would also prove extremely useful in the modern kitchen.
