This knife, inspired by a 13th century eating knife, has a 1080+ high carbon steel blade which has been etched, giving it an attractive texture. The aged Alder handle scales are attached to the full tang with eight 2mm copper pins and four 2mm brass pins, and it has brass shoulders and end plates.
