This Bog Yew Steak Knife is a unique blend of modern and medieval design, taking its inspiration from medieval eating knives. It has an AEB-L stainless steel blade with a sabre grind that will cut through your steak with ease, and the handle scales, made from Bog Yew that is several thousand years old, are attached to the full tang with nine 2.5mm copper pins. This knife comes with a tooled leather sheath for safekeeping and easy transportation.
