The Kiridashi is a Japanese knife with a sharp point used as a carpenter’s marking knife, but it's equally suited to a wide range of intricate tasks thanks to its narrow, fine cutting edge. The 15N20 carbon steel blade of this Kiridashi has a forged finish and a right handed single grind, and the Cherry Plum handle scales are attached to the full tang with seven 3mm pins. It comes with a leather blade guard for protection.
