These two medieval style serving knives are ideal for reenactment, but would also make a statement in any modern kitchen. The high carbon steel blades are 1.2419, a great knifemaking steel that takes and holds a fine edge and is easy to sharpen, and the English Elm Burr handle scales are attached to the full tang with seven 2.5mm copper pins and have brass shoulder plates.
