This versatile little cleaver is great for chopping, slicing and dicing, crushing garlic, transferring ingredients to the pan, and many other tasks in the kitchen. It has a 15N20 carbon steel blade that has an attractive etched finish, and the Elm handle scales are attached to the full tang with three 2.5mm pins and a 6mm mosaic pin.
