This useful knife has a 15N20 forged and etched high carbon steel blade, and the hardwood handle scales have been flamed and brushed, providing a safe and secure grip. They are attached to the full tang with five 2.5mm steel pins and a 6mm brass mosaic pin. This very thin bladed knife is lightweight and ideal for slicing meat and vegetables.
