This useful and versatile knife is inspired by a medieval design. It is made from 15N20 high carbon steel, and the Pear wood handle scales that are attached to the full tang with three 2.5mm copper pins. It is ideal for reenactment, but it wouldn’t look out of place in a modern kitchen.
