This medieval style serving knife is ideal for 16th Century reenactment, but it would be great to use in modern kitchens too. It has a 15N20 high carbon steel blade, and the Pearwood handle scales are attached to the full tang with eleven 2.5mm steel pins and has decorated copper alloy bolster plates. This is a unique statement piece, but also practical for everyday use.
