This is a well balanced, versatile knife, designed to handle a variety of kitchen tasks with ease. The 1.2419 carbon steel blade has been etched and polished giving it a unique decorative texture, and it takes and holds a great edge. The Fruitwood handle scales are attached to the full tang with two 6mmsolid brass pins and a 6mm brass mosaic pin. It would be a perfect addition to any chef's toolkit.
