The 15N20 high carbon steel blade of this knife has a forged finish, and the Indian Rosewood handle scales are attached to the full tang with four 2.5mm copper pins and a 6mm brass mosaic pin. This very thin bladed knife is lightweight and ideal for slicing and chopping vegetables and meat alike.
