This knife, made with 1095 high carbon steel, would look great and perform well in any kitchen.  It has an etched blade, and the flame-treated and brushed Hardwood scales are attached to the full tang by copper pins, and it has brass shoulders. 
This is one of a pair of knives (please see H46) and a saving can be made by purchasing both together.
