This knife, in the style of an Edwardian kitchen knife, has a high carbon steel blade that takes and holds a fine edge. It has solid brass shoulders, and the Wenge handle scales are attached to the full tang with two brass and copper mosaic pins and a solid brass pin.
 
This is one of a pair of knives (please see K74) and a saving can be made by purchasing both together.
