This useful knife has a 15N20 high carbon forged steel blade, which takes and holds a good edge. The hardwood handle scales have been flame-treated, providing a secure grip even when wet, and they are attached to the full tang with two 6mm aluminium pins and a 6mm brass and stainless steel mosaic pin. Despite its size, this knife is a powerful addition to any kitchen.
