The Kiridashi is a Japanese single beveled knife used as a carpenter’s marking knife, but it's equally suited to a wide range of intricate tasks thanks to its narrow, fine cutting edge. The 1095 high carbon steel of this Kiridashi has a right-handed grind, and the Spalted Beech handle scales are attached to the full tang with four 2.5mm copper pins. It comes with a leather blade guard for protection.
