This knife is great for many fish filleting tasks, and would be both a functional and beautiful addition to your knife collection. It has a 15N20 forged high carbon steel blade which is flexible enough to allow for precision work while maintaining control, the Yew handle scales are attached to the full tang with six 3mm pins, and it is finished off with polished bolsters.
